Love must be something like ....when you drive to the beach on a summer night with him and both of you are excited to be in each others company. He whispers "let's go by the water" and you refuse because 'it's too dark' but he takes your hand and slowly make your way down there. Sitting near the dark water, looking at the stars and enjoying the beautiful night.
Love must be something like ...when you're upset and he tries his hardest to make you laugh with jokes that don't make sense. He even tickles you while you try not to giggle. You look upset but you've already forgotten what made you angry in the first place. At the end, you burst into laughter and forget everything and go back to being the two of you.
Love must be something like ..when he drives around believing her as she says "it's a 10 minute drive to the restaurant". It turned out to be almost 25 minutes and no where close to where she said it would be. He doesn't complain and neither does she while being happy in each others company.
Love is the look in your eyes when you see him. It is the feeling you get when you go to bed and you're happy there is another person out of all the 7 billion people in the world who comes closest to understanding you.
Love must be you and me.
Love must be built.
